Instructions
Step 1
Peel, chop and boil sweet potato till soft

Finely dice an onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Fry in a pan till soft
Step 3
Add 400g washed spinach to pan and cook.

Mix spinach and sweet potato to a pan and crumble in feta. Then mash all together

Step 5
Lay puff pastry at the base and sides of an oven safe dish. Keep excess to the side. Then pour vegetable mixture into the dish and even out. Finally, make strips from the excess pastry to form a lattice on the top
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-25 mins or till golden brown
