Ingredients

4pears
peeled and chopped

½ cupbrown sugar

¼ tspcinnamon

¼ tspnutmeg

½ cupwater

2 Tbsptapioca starch

2 Tbspchopped pecans

1 packagepotsticker wrappers
or wonton
Caramel Sauce
1can of sweetened condensed coconut milk

¼ cupoat milk
Instructions
For the pear filling & cobbler
Step 1
Add chopped pears, brown sugar, chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water to sauce pan and cook for 12-14 minutes on medium heat. Make sure the pears are tender 🍐
Step 2
Add tapioca starch and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Step 3
Fill potsticker/wonton wrappers with pear filling. Air fry, or fry.
Caramel sauce
Step 4
Cook the sweetened condensed coconut milk for about 20 minutes on low. Gently stir every few minutes.
Step 5
Allow the sauce to cool for about 2 minutes, add the oat milk, and stir until creamy.
