Crunchy Coconut Apple Rings

This is actually quite a healthy dessert but still tastes so delicious . You can use any nut butter of choice if you can’t eat peanuts and the best part is it’s ready in under 15 minutes ! Yay!

Instructions

Step 1
Slice apples of your choice into rings . Then cut out the star shaped core on the middle as this is hard . You need to do this quick to stop the apple from browning or alternatively just dip the apple in lemon and water

Spread the apples both sides with peanut butter then I like to use a knife to slide the apple ring on and dip it into a bowl of shredded coconut . Coat this well in the coconut

Now you can bake or air fry . I set my air fryer to 180 c or 360 f for 12 minutes flipping halfway through . These are hot when they come out and the smell is Devine ! I like Tod riddle with maple syrup for some extra sweetness you can also use a sugar free version if you wish and enjoy
