Delicious flakey vegan pastry with caramelized peach slices are the perfect easy quick dessert wether you are a vegan or not ! I love to add some vegan ice cream on the side if it’s a hot day outside

Instructions

Step 1
Roll out vegan Store bought puff pastry then slice into 8 rectangles and set aside .

Step 2
Half and de-Stone the peaches then cut into thin slices . Now on a pre Lined baking tray squeeze a tbsp of agave syrup ( brush with a pastry brush if using thin syrup ) arrange 5 or 6 slices of peach neatly on top of the syrup then take one of the pastry rectangles and gently press down over the peaches . Use a fork to press down the sides of the pastry and repeat for the other 7 slices

Step 3
Add 1 tbsp of agave Syrup to almond or plant based milk then mix and brush on top of the dough. Bake at 200 c 400 f Fan Setting for 15 minutes or until golden . Once removed from the oven let them cool a few minutes as they are hot and the syrup can be bubbling . Safety first eh :)
