Instructions

Step 1
1. Chop the veggies and mince the garlic. If you want all the veggies to be minced, put them in the food processor.
Step 2
2. Heat up avocado oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, celery, and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add rosemary, sage, salt and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Step 3
3. While that is cooking, cut bread into small chunks
Step 4
4. Once the vegetable mixture is done cooking, add the bread chunks and combine
Step 5
5. Put bread mixture into an buttered casserole dish
Step 6
6. Cook at 350 for 20 mins. If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil and continue to cook.
