Step 1
Preheat air fryer at 380 degrees. 1. Tenderize two large chicken breasts a. (use parchment or saran wrap)
2. Whisk 1 egg
3. Combine parmesean cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic, pepper flake
4. Coat chicken in egg
5. Cover with bread crumb mix
6. Place chicken in fryer and spritz with olive oil spritzer (not store bought cooking spray!)
7. Cook for 6 minutes
8. Flip and cook 6 more minutes
9. Top with marinara sauce and parmesean cheese (use shredded)
10. Cook 5-6 more minutes
