Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauce pan, combine all meatball ingredients over medium heat. Stir to coat well and cover pan.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large heat-proof bowl, combine all mashed potato ingredients, stirring water in slowly. Continue stirring until smooth. If a smoother, thinner texture is desired, add more water.
Step 3
Once meatballs are heated through, serve atop a pile of mashed potatoes. Excellent with a classic garden salad.
