Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, add rice, salt, and water and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until water is almost completely absorbed. approximately 5-6 miuntes.
Step 2
Add milk, sugar and vanilla and continue to simmer, stirring continuously until the rice is soft, approximately 25 minutes. Add more milk if becomes too thick.
Step 3
Serve in bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon and add 1/4 tsp each of butter to the middle of the pudding
