Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F), Fan 200°C (390°F), gas mark 7.
Step 2
Put the onion and garlic on a baking tray, spray them with some cooking spray and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until they are just starting to colour.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and leave to cool, then put them in a blender or food processor and blitz briefly. Leaving them a but chunky.
Step 4
Mix the blitzed onion and garlic in a bowl with the yoghurt and season to taste with salt and pepper.
