Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously grease cupcake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour (127g), sugar (50g), light brown sugar (50g), baking soda (0.4t), cinnamon (1t), and salt (0.5t).

In a medium bowl stir together the bananas (170g), yogurt (30g), eggs (1), butter (1.5T), oil (1.5T), and vanilla (1t).
Step 4
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just barely combined.
Step 5
Spread batter into the prepared pan.
Step 6
Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 55 minutes.
Step 7
Cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before removing the muffins from the pan to finish cooling completely.
