Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole I have teamed up with Farmhouse® Brioche Bread to bring you this delicious and easy Cinnamon Apple French Toast Casserole. When the family gets together this holiday season make it the night before or the morning of, throw it in the oven and watch everyone wake up and run into the kitchen because of the amazing smell…. ——Ingredients—— 10 slices of  Farmhouse Brioche Bread 2 apples 6 eggs 2 and 1/2 cups milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup pecans (chopped) Cooking spray : 1. Preheat the oven to 375° 2. Cut the bread into about 1-inch cubes 3. Chop the apples into small bite size pieces 4. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray then add in the bread cubes and apples. 5. Make the custard- in a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt. 6. Pour the custard mixture over the bread and apples. 7. Add the pecans right on top then into the oven it goes for about 40 to 45 minutes. If you make it the night before add the pecans right before it goes in the oven. 8. After it comes out of the oven let it cool down for about 10 minutes, dust it with some powdered sugar, serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
