Instructions

Step 1
Place 10-12 egg shells in a medium sauce pan and cover with water. Boil for 15 min to sterilize
Step 2
Spread the shells on a baking sheet. Bake at 225 for 20 min so they can dry out.
Step 3
Using a coffee of spice grinder, grind the dried shells to a very fine powder. A blender will work but it won't be as fine.
Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp of the powder to your daily smoothie/drink for ~500 mg calcium.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container/jar in a cool, dry place for up to a month.
