Instructions
Step 4
Melt margarine in saucepan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Add flour and salt, stirring until no more lumps are present.
Step 6
Gradually add in milk, stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened (approx. 10 minutes).

Add in cheese and stir until melted.
Step 8
Remove from heat and serve over cooked vegetables or use as a basic cream sauce for pasta.
