Instructions

Step 1
Wash, cull and cut strawberries Place all ingredients into a cooking pot, stir until sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 1/2 hour To test if set, pre chill heat resistant saucer and place teaspoon on. If it creases when you push you finger through, it is set. Use Jam Setter (Fruit Pectin) if required to set
Step 2
Pre heat oven Wash jars and place in oven to sterilize. When jam is set, take off heat for 5 min's before bottling into warm jars. Put lid on immediately allow to cool. Note: Make sure no moisture in jars before bottling and jam will keep.
