Instructions

Step 1
Pat shrimp dry and place it in a large bowl. Add flour, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss until shrimp is well-coated.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly, until fragrant.
Step 3
Add bell peppers. Cook another 4 minutes or so, tossing occasionally.
Step 4
Add the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes, broth, white wine and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are just fully cooked.
Step 5
Stir in chopped fresh parsley.
