Instructions
Step 1
Remove backing cartilage from the ribs
Step 2
Rinse the ribs and place on cookie sheet bone side down.
Step 3
Cover entire rib with rub. Rub it in
Step 4
Set smoker to 225 . Let heat for 20 minutes while rub soaks in
Step 5
Place ribs on smoker rack meat side up set timer for three hours.
Step 6
Spray ribs with the apple juice every hour during the 3 hours
Step 7
After three hours remove the ribs and coat with melted butter , apple juice and brown sugar. Place back in smoker for 2 hours.
Step 8
After the two hours . Remove from the foil . Swab your favorite BBQ sauce and place back in smoker for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove from smoker and let rest for 30 minutes before cutting into serving size portions.
