Step 1
Heat peanut butter and 4 tbsp butter until melted and smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth and set aside. Whisk cocoa powder and boiling water in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted and smooth. Add melted butter and oil. Add eggs and vanilla, stir until smooth. Add sugar, flour and salt and mix until combined. Pour 1/2 batter into a 9x13 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Pour peanut butter layer on top and add the remaining cocoa batter on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
