Step 1
1. Heat oil in the preheating oven (425°F) in a 9 inch cast iron skillet with about 2 Tbsp oil. 2. Mix dry ingredients throughly. Mix egg(s) and milk together. Add milk and egg mixture to dry ingredients, mix quickly, and do not over mix. 3. Add to preheated skillet with oil and bake 25 - 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
