Instructions

Step 1
Heat up emty pan 🔥
Step 2
Put RAW (medium/thick) asparagus in piping hot pan, and dry roast until smoke comes from pan.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil
Step 4
Generously season with salt & pepper all over. blister for 30-45 seconds before you shake the pan. repeat the pan shake process until all sides are done. 💯 don't have the heat on high. in-between low and medium is 👌
Step 5
Turn off heat, add butter and fresh shredded parmesan. Yes, i strongly recommend fresh shredded 😝
Step 6
