Sauerkraut
Instructions
Step 1
Add all sauerkraut ingredients and bratwurst to instant pot. pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat water to boil in pot while instatpot is cooking. Add Spätzle and cooking to directions.
Step 3
Drain Spätzle and return to pot with butter. Saute, add butter as necessary for 5 mins. Add as much cheese as you desire
Step 4
Remove cloves, peppercorns, juniper, and allspice from sauerkraut. Serve on bed of Spätzle
