Ingredients

3 ⅓ cupsflour

3 cupssugar

1 teaspooncinnamon

1 teaspoonnutmeg

powdered Cloves

1 ½ teaspoonssalt

2 teaspoonsbaking powder
Dry roasting the herbs in a pan for a few mins, just until you can smell them, will give you a MUCH more flavorful end result
Instructions
Step 1
Beat wet ingredients, pumkin, eggs, oil and water.





Step 2
In another bowl mix dry ingredients, flour, sugar, salt and spices.








Step 3
Make a well of the dry and gradually add wet ingredients.
Step 4
Mix and pour into greased loaf pans (pound cake size)

Step 5
Preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour.

Step 6
Yields 2 -3 breads
