Instructions

Fried sausage and egg

Step 1
Cut the sausages into small pieces.
Step 2
Crack the egg into a bowl. Add the milk and seasoning. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the sausage pieces and fry for about 1,5 minutes.
Step 4
Then pure in the egg. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Sandwich

Step 5
Cut the bread in half without cutting it fully through. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 6
Slice the tomato.
Step 7
Spread the bottom half with the tartare sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese. Melt it with a blowtorch. If you don't have a blowtorch bake it in the oven at 200 degree grill station for about 2 minutes.
Step 9
Place the tomato slices on top and finish with the fried sausages and egg.
