Prep:10minCook:30min
This is a lovely crock pot dip that is hearty and great for a snack, meal, or to take to a party! Just remember 3 -2-2-1. Three 8oz blocks of cream cheese, two cans of Rotel drained, two cans of black beans drained, and one small bag of frozen corn. Dump all ingredients into a crock pot and turn on high for 30 mins, stirring every 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Then turn crock pot to low or warm. Can be heated on the stove until all ingredients are combined and warmed through.
