Instructions
Step 1
Peel the turnips, cut them into pieces as big as a nut. Put them in a casserole with butter and very little water.
Step 2
Season, cook gently with a smother, sautéing them from time to time, with the casserole open.
Step 3
At the end of cooking, there must almost no liquid remain.
Step 4
Make a mince of garlic, shallot and parsley (dominant garlic).
Step 5
Add the finely crumbled stale bread crumb. Put this hash in a casserole.
Step 6
Jump over high heat to brown everything a little.
