This another great lobster dish. I love the fried ginger, makes it taste soo delicious. You can just use a 1-2 lbs lobster if you don’t have access to lobster tails. Also if you want it more saucy, just double the sauce ingredients! I only do it enough to coat

Ingredients

6lobster tails
halved
Corn Starch
as needed
2 cupsoil
4 inchginger
julienne cut
6cloves garlic
chopped
3scallion
chopped and separated whites/greens
2 Tbspcorn starch
slurry
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Generously coat halved lobster tails with corn starch
Step 2
2. Fry in oil for 45 seconds
Step 3
3. In a clean large pan, add oil from frying, ginger, garlic, scallion whites and sauté until fragrant
Step 4
4. Add in sauce and corn starch slurry
Step 5
5. Put in the fried lobster and scallion greens
Step 6
6. Incorporate well
