2garlic cloves

ground grass-fed
0.5 lbground turkey
¼ cuppumpkin puree
14 ouncecan crushed tomatoes
8 ouncestomato sauce
2 ouncescan diced green chili
½ cupbeef stock
1 Tablespoonschili powder
0.5 Tablespoonground cumin
0.5 Tablespoonpaprika
1 teaspoonground coriander
1 teaspooncocoa powder
½ teaspoongranulated garlic
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
salt
Pink, Himalayan, to taste
0.5jalapeno
OPTIONAL, seeded and finely diced to taste

Instructions
Step 1
In a large soup pot over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic until onions begin to soften. Then, add the beef and turkey, and stir occasionally until browned.
Step 2
Add the rest of the chili ingredients (except the avocado). Let simmer, stirring every so often for 15 minutes. Garnish with sliced avocado. Serve and enjoy!
