Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Lightly spray a 9x9 casserole dish or small baking dish with nonstick spray

Combine the velveeta , rotel and seasoning in the dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir and bake another 5 minutes until creamy and melted
Step 4
Garnish with chopped scallions
Step 5
Serve with tortilla chips
