These turn out very nice for me but I want to tell you I did add an additional 1/2 cup flour but that’s not always the case depending on what flour you use that’s why I suggest going buy the recipe and wait tell the end to see if you need to add more flour or not.
On another note if your wondering why I put lemon juice in it. I add lemon to all my baking that requires eggs I think it helps and pulling out the flavor especially in baking because eggs can tend to have a strong raw smell.

Step 1
In a stand mixer beat the butter and sugar. Then in separate bowl beat the egg,lemon juice and vanilla together then add it to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well until creamy and smooth

To the butter mixture add the salt, baking powder, and baking soda mix well. Then add the flour one cup at a time until soft dough is form and pulls out nicely from mixer and don’t stick to your hands. Mix it approximately 10 minutes.
Step 3
In separate bowl mix 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon well and set aside. Crease your cookie sheet. Before rolling your cookies in sugar turn on your oven at 350°F so it can heat awhile.

Step 4
Take a cookie scooper and scoop out the dough into your hand and roll it into perfect circular ball shape then roll into the cinnamon and sugar place in your prepared cookie sheet. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Enjoy these perfect soft and chewy cookies 😋
