Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 and grease a baking dish.

Step 2
Blanch spinach in a saucepan of boiling water for 30-60 seconds until just wilted. drain. once cool squeeze water out of spinach and chop.
Step 3
Heat butter in a large frying pan, once melted add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in milk until smooth and cook on low for 3 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Add nutmeg and salt and pepper. Add spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta, basil and 2/3 parmesan. Mix.
Step 5
Ladle mixture into baking dish. cover with lasagna sheets. Continue until finished and top with remaining parmesan.
Step 6
Bake for 20 mins under foil. Then for a further 10 minutes uncovered.
