Instructions

Step 1
Dry your thinly sliced chicken breasts with a paper towel

You will need 3 separate bowls for the eggs, flour and bread crumbs!

First Bowl: Whisk together eggs, and season with salt, black pepper, onion powder & garlic powder

Second Bowl: Add 1 Cup of Flour

Third Bowl: Add 2 Cups of Seasoned Bread crumbs, season with parsley flakes and garlic Parmesan seasoning

COATING CHICKEN: Dip your thinly sliced chicken into the egg mixture first, secondly, into the flour mixture and thirdly, into your seasoned bread crumb mixture! (TIP: Press the bread crumbs gently onto your chicken to ensure an even coating)

In a large frying pan, add vegetable oil and heat on low-medium (making sure not to overheat the oil)

One by one, add your coated chicken breast to the oil and fry each side for about 3-4 minutes or until the coat is a light golden color

On an oven safe dish, place your chicken cutlets and top with marinara sauce and provolone cheese!

Preheat your oven to 350F and bake your chicken cutlets for 15 minutes, and broil on high for another 5 minutes!
