Seasoning chicken

½ tspsalt

½ tsppepper

1 tspchili powder

0.5red chili pepper

2garlic clove

1 Tbspaprika powder

1 Tbsdried oregano

1 Tbschicken spices

1 Tbsgarlic powder

2 Tbssunflower oil
For the sauce

2bell pepper

1onion

2 Tbsfresh parsley

80 gramsbaby spinach

40 gramsdried tomatos
in oil

3 clovesgarlic

0.5red chili pepper

250mlheavy cream
or cooking cream

60 gramshredded parmesan cheese

1 Tbstomato paste

Instructions
Step 1

Wash your chicken.
Step 2

Mix the chicken with all the spices, garlic, red pepper and oil. Set the chicken aside while you cut the veggies.
Step 3

Cut the onion, bell pepper, garlic, dried tomatos, red pepper and parsley very fine.
Step 4

Put 2 tbs of oil (I used the oil from the dried tomatos for extra flavor) in a hot pan and cook the chicken golden brown on every side.
Step 5

Remove chicken and add some more oil in the same pan. Cook the onion, garlic, chili pepper, bell pepper, dried tomatoes and optional tomato paste 2 minutes.
Step 6

Add the baby spinach careful.
Step 7

To the pan add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and chicken.
