Step 1
Start the rice. Dice the onion and the chicken. Then brown the onion and chicken in oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once browned remove from heat and keep warm. Add canned peaches, brown sugar, orange juice, and onion soup mix to the skillet; stir till combined. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min. Reduce heat and return chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 min or until the chicken is cooked. Thicken with cornstarch and cold water to your desired thickness. Then serve over rice and green beans.
