These hummus dippers are a great quick and healthy snack.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Proof yeast: combine water, yeast, and sugar in small bowl. Cover and let rise for five minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 4
Add oil and yeast mixture to dry ingredients. Knead for 5 minutes with standing mixer, hand mixer, or by hand.
Step 5
Roll out dough on floured surface. Try to get dough very thin, but still thick enough that it does not tear if you pick it up. If using sesame seeds, lightly brush a small amount of water onto surface of dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds over dough. Push seeds into dough with hands or rolling pin.
Step 6
Cut dough into triangles, or desired shape. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake 6-9 minutes, depending on how thick your slices are. Turn baking sheet halfway through bake time.
Step 8
Once cool, enjoy with hummus, guacamole, or marinara sauce.
