Bok Choy kimchi salad
This bok choy “kimchi” salad is a simple side dish that is very easy to make and so delicious. It’s technically not kimchi since there is no fermentation but it has similar flavors.

Step 1
Cut the ends off the bok choy. Wash thoroughly and pull the leaves apart. Mix the paste ingredients together in a bowl then pour the paste over bok choy and mix thoroughly to evenly coat the vegetables. Top with sesame seeds. Serve immediately or put in fridge first.
