Step 1
Wash and slice radish, onion and green onions.



Step 2
Then, slice your fish cake sheets into squares. To make it fun, skewer the fish cake sheets with a stick or even a wooden chopstick.

Step 3
In a pot, add water, sliced veggies, minced garlic, soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and let it come to a boil.






Step 4
Once it's boiling, add your fish cake slices and skewers. Let it cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Dipping sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, diced onions & green onions
