Instructions
For the Chicken
Step 1
Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown.
For the Sauce
Step 2
Saute the garlic in oil until light brown.
Step 3
Add the fish sauce, water, sugar, and salt & pepper (to discretion) to pot and stir until smooth over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Once the mixture starts boiling, lower heat to medium-low heat until the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 5
When sauce starts to boil lightly, take off the stove and let cool.
Step 6
Add sauce to chicken and mix throughly before serving.
