Step 1
Fill a pot halfway full with water and while it is heating up at add two onions, a spice bag of star anise, fennel seeds, cardamom, and cinnamon, about 1oz rock sugar, 2 tbsp of fish sauce and 1/2 tsp of salt. And add half of a rotisserie chicken.
Step 2
Cover it with a lid and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve with pho rice noodles, green onions, cilantro, lime, sriracha, and hoisin sauce.
