Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to a boil and salt we’ll. add pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the water. In a sauce pan add a ladle of pasta water and squeeze the lemon in. You can toss the lemon rinds in for more flavor. Not add your very Al dente pasta in and let it cook. Once finished knock the heat down start adding your pads of butter and stir real well as you go. Remove lemons. You’ll get to a nice buttery sauce. Ad pasta water as needed so it doesn’t dry out on you. Now start adding the finely grated parm in a little at a time. Stirring real well as you go. Add pasta water too to keep the saucy consistency. Plate and spoon left over sauce on top. Garnish with parm and parsley.
