It’s that time of year where I feel like i’m always getting sick, so it’s time to make Pastina, aka Italian Penicillin!

Instructions
Step 1
Bring your chicken broth and 1 tbsp of the butter to a boil. Add in your pasta and stir. Cook for about 10 minutes, or according to package directions.
Step 2
Turn the heat off and add in remaining butter, and parmesan cheese, I used about 1/2 cup, and stir until melted.
Step 3
Top with more parmesan, black pepper, and if you like, a drizzle of olive oil.
