Step 1
First, preheat the oven to 200C.
Then, In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl combine the dry ingredients, add the dry ingredients to the eggs and mix with an electric mixer. Then add your oil and bake the base on 200C for 20 minutes until cooked.

For the pudding
Step 2
Heat400ml of the milk on the stove top and add sugar until dissolved. Then, mix the flour with the remaining 100ml of cold milk and add this mixture to the hot milk. Next, add the butter until melted and stir.

Step 3
Cut the base into little circles then cut these circles in half horizontally. Spread some of the pudding in between these layers then cover this cake with more pudding. After that, roll it in some coconut and then put the melted chocolate on top. Let them cool then enjoy!
