Chicken Pesto Bake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C fan oven

Step 2

Place chicken fillets in glass baking dish,

Step 3

Add cherry tomatoes, mini mozzarella, jar of red pesto, mix well

Step 4

Season with onion salt, basil, pepper

Step 5

Layer breadcrumbs on top until covered and evenly dispersed on top

Step 6

Cover with tinfoil and place in the over for 20minutes, take tinfoil off for a further 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and chicken is throughly cooked.
