Step 1
Over high heat add your turkey drippings and flour to a sauce pan. (if you’re using a roasting pan you can put that over the stove top) Whisk this together until it thickens up and then slowly whisk in the broth. Continue to whisk until a gravy forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
