swapped oat flour for flax, oat, rye, and barley hot cereal blend that I blitzed in the food processor. It also needs a little more than the 1-1/2 tap of baking powder, so I would add 2tsp, or else an additional 1/2 tap baking soda. For the topping I subbed coconut flour for 1tbsp milled flax, 3tbsp oat flour blend, and about 1/4c flour because for some reason it got really gooey. I also added am extra 2tbsp sugar.
