Instructions

Step 1
1. Take mustard oil in a pan. And let it cook. Cover the pan while it is cooking.

2. Once the colour of oil changes to light yellow add peeled washed potatoes cut in cubes. Can also use boiled potatoes

3. Add salt to potatoes and cover. Let it cook
Step 4
4. Once they are cook and you are able to cut through it with the spade.

5. Add dry red chilli whole to it. And then add washed and chopped methi
Step 6
6. Let it cook don't cover this time. Enjoy!
