Step 1
Add a bunch of arugula for the base of your salad.
Step 2
Add in your bunch of mint, that’s been chopped up.
Step 3
Add your cubed watermelon, sliced red onions, and feta cheese crumbles.
Step 4
Dress the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add more or less to your desired taste.
