Ingredients

3 ½ cupsall purpose flour
sifted
3 cupsgranulated sugar
2 tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt
depending on what you prefer
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspvanilla
4Eggs
make sure they are at room temperature first
1 cupCanola Oil
Do not use Olive Oil
¾ cupbuttermilk
2 cupsbananas
mashed, make sure they are very ripe and you can mash and freeze the night before to make them even better and thaw before using
Instructions
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs together until they become foamy.
Step 3
Add the other wet ingredients and then mix in the dry ingredients
Step 4
Once done add 1 cup of chopped nuts (pecans are best but you can use walnuts also)
Step 5
Put in 2 large loaf pans and sprinkle top with additional chopped nuts
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees.
Step 7
Test after 1 hour to see if done if not leave in up to an additional 20 minutes.
