Step 1
Preheat oven to 435 degrees F

Step 2
Mix all ingredients but only use 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
Step 3
Grease a 3x9 inch loaf pan and shape the meat mixture into a loaf in the pan.
Step 4
Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes. Top loaf with rest of tomato sauce and add enough boiling water to the pan to measure 1/2 inch. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F and continue baking for 50 to 60 minutes.
