Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cucumbers into 1/2 inch thick pieces
Step 2
Add the salt with the cucumbers into a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes

While that is in the fridge, combine the marinade ingredients together. Whisk and set aside
Step 4
Rinse the cucumbers then pat dry
Step 5
Combine marinade with cucumbers in a large bowl and let it marinate for at least 4 hours
Step 6
Serve on a plate with optional chili oil
