Instructions
Step 1
Place Shishito peppers in a big bowl and add in olive oil to mix. Slice a lemon and dice some garlic as well.
Step 2
Pour Shishito peppger in a skillet on low -medium heat, add a small amount of salt or soy sauce over Shishito pepper to cook. Slowly cook until they get a nice charred appearance.
Step 3
Finally, we add in diced garlic, lemon slices to mix and sprinkle some black pepper to complete the final step.
