8gvanilla sugar

250gall-purpose flour

½ tspbaking powder

Vanilla dough
Step 1
Mix together the butter with the sugars

Add the egg
Step 3
Stir in the flour and baking powder
Chocolate dough

Mix together the butter and the sugar until creamy

Add the egg

Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder and baking powder)

Refrigerate the doughs for 1 hour

Preheat oven at 175°C

Roll out the doughs and cut the cookies using round cookie cutter then cut the center with a cookie cutter of you choice

Switch the vanilla center and the chocolate center

Transfer the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 175°C for 8 to 12 minutes

Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them on a wire rack to cool completely
